为验证两种温拌剂对应的WMA路用性能的可靠性,选取Sasobit有机添加剂、人工沸石两种温拌剂,就两种温拌剂对应的合理掺量以及对应的WMA的成型温度进行研究,验证两种WMA的路用性能较HMA路用性能的变化程度。研究结果显示:Sasobit有机添加剂其掺量与沥青的比例为3%,人工沸石其掺量与混合料的比例为0.3%,Sasobit有机添加剂的WMA较HMA成型温度降低约12℃,人工沸石的WMA较HMA成型温度降低约18℃。Sasobit有机添加剂、人工沸石可提高WMA的高温性能约2.5~3.3倍,两种温拌剂对混合料的低温性能均有一定的影响,基本不影响对应的混合料的水稳定性。
Abstract:In order to verify the reliability of the WMA road performance corresponding to the two warm mix agents,Sasobit organic additive and artificial zeolite were selected as the two warm mix agents.The reasonable dosage of the two warm mix agents and the corresponding molding temperature of WMA were studied to verify the degree of change in the road performance of the two WMAs compared to HMA road performance.The research results show that the ratio of Sasobit organic additive to asphalt is 3 %,and the ratio of artificial zeolite to the mixture is 0.3 %.The WMA of Sasobit organic additive is about 12 ℃ lower than the molding temperature of HMA,and the WMA of artificial zeolite is about 18 ℃ lower than the molding temperature of HMA.Sasobit organic additives and artificial zeolites can improve the high-temperature performance of WMA by about 2.5~3.3 times.Both warm mix agents have a certain impact on the low-temperature performance of the mixture,but do not significantly affect the water stability of the corresponding mixture.
